 I recently received help from the Builders Association Charity. I needed a bigger door in my bathroom to assist my handicapped son, Benny. Benny is 20 years old and has cerebral palsy. He is in a wheelchair and until just recently we couldn't get him into the bathroom as the door was too narrow to let the wheelchair in. I was referred to BAC by the Sierra Regional Center and although I was expecting a long arduous process, I was surprised at how quickly BAC responded! BAC in conjunction with Curtis Bros, Inc, installed my new widened bathroom door at no cost to me. I don't have the words to express how this small improvement has changed our lives. Benny can now get to the bathroom by himself and feels more independant. I just wanted to thank BAC and Curtis Bros, Inc. for making my life and my son's life easier.  |

I truly appreciate the charity's help in getting Kyra to the Heart Institute in Las Vegas last week. The rental car and fuel for this trip were a huge blessing to me and my family.
