Builders Association Charity - Blood Drive
In the spirit of giving, the Builders Association Charity recently sponsored an all day “Community” blood drive. It was held in the parking lot of the Builders Association on May 15, 2008. United Blood Services was on hand with their mobile unit and welcomed 44 potential donors. “This kind of participation truly speaks to this industry’s capacity to give back.” said Bobbie Merrigan, Executive Director of the Builders Association Charity. “Due to the huge success of this drive, we have scheduled another drive to be held at the Summit Sierra Mall on July 12.”
United Blood Services will again be on hand and with their mobile unit. Although “walk-ups” are welcome, please call (775) 329-2424 to schedule an appointment.
